This Privacy Policy explains how Box Manager (the "App") handles your information. The App is a personal inventory management tool designed to help you organize and track your items in boxes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

2. No Data Collection
Box Manager is a completely offline application that stores all your data locally on your device. The App does not:

Collect any personal information
Transmit any data to external servers
Use third-party analytics services
Track your usage patterns
Access your contacts, location, or other personal data
3. Local Data Storage
All information you enter into Box Manager is stored exclusively on your device in a local SQLite database (named "movingBoxes.db"). This includes:

Box names and descriptions
Item names, descriptions, and quantities
Creation and update timestamps
Your data remains on your device and is never sent to any external server or service.

4. Data Export Functionality
Box Manager offers a CSV export feature that allows you to:

Export your inventory data as a CSV file
Save this file to your device
Share the file using your device's native sharing functionality
When you use the export feature:

The CSV file is created and stored only on your device
The sharing functionality uses your device's built-in capabilities
We do not access, store, or process the exported data in any way
5. No Third-Party Services
Box Manager does not integrate with any third-party services that could access your data. The App uses only the following system-level functions:

SQLite database for local storage
Device file system for export functionality
Native sharing capabilities when you choose to export data
6. Data Security
Your data is protected by the security measures of your device. We recommend:

Using a device passcode or biometric authentication
Keeping your device software up to date
Being cautious when sharing exported CSV files
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data in two ways:

Using the "Reset All Data" feature within the App, which clears the local database
Uninstalling the App, which removes the database file from your device
8. Children's Privacy
Box Manager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The App does not collect or store any information that would identify a child.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
